Press Release: 22 MINUTES: Sevastopol Premiere

On May 7 in Pobeda - Sevastopol central movie theater – occurred the premiere of an ambitious action movie from creators of Shadowboxing titled 22 Minutes . The movie is based on real events and pictures an epic release by our sea-soldiers of Moskovsky Universitet tanker which was captured by Somali pirates in the Gulf of Aden on May 5, 2010. In Sevastopol the picture was shown to mariners of the Black Sea Fleet, sea-soldiers and amphibious troopers. The picture was presented by Makar Zaporozhsky, the leading man and a rising star of the Russian movies (Youth Team, Dark World 3D: Equilibrium ). After final credits the audience sincerely thanked Makar and did not let him go for a long time asking for autographs and photos.

In the meantime, in Oktyabr Moscow movie theater there was a private screening of 22 Minutes. The private show was attended by other actors of the project - Victor Sukhorukov, Alexandr Galibin, Sofia Kozko. Victor Sukhorukov confessed that the picture is watched at one breath, and acting of the young fellow Makar Zaporozhsky inspires respect.

General release of 22 Minutes is scheduled for today, May 8.
